IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE
CLIENT AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines how we'll work together over the coming weeks and what you can expect from the experience. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
01 Your Private Mentoring Experience
The standard BECOME Implementation Experience is 6 weeks.
As a BECOME attendee, if you enrol by 11:59 PM PST on Tuesday, July 14, your experience will be extended to 8 weeks at no additional investment.
The BECOME Implementation Extension has been designed to support the period where most people either create lasting change or return to old patterns. It is offered exclusively to participants who complete their enrolment before the deadline above.
Your experience includes:
Weekly private mentoring sessions.
WhatsApp voice note support between sessions.
Accountability and implementation guidance.
Resources shared where appropriate.
Two additional weeks of private mentoring through the BECOME Implementation Extension.
02 INVESTMENT
The investment for the BECOME Implementation Experience is:
$5,000 USD paid in full
or
2 monthly payments of $2,750 USD
The first payment is due upon enrolment.
The second payment is due 30 days after your initial payment.
By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full investment of the programme, regardless of whether you complete the experience.
All payments are non-refundable. Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not constitute a pay-as-you-go arrangement. The full investment remains payable regardless of participation or completion of the experience.
The BECOME Implementation Extension (8 weeks instead of the standard 6 weeks) is available exclusively to participants who complete their enrolment by 11:59 PM PST on Tuesday, July 14.
After this time, the BECOME Implementation Experience returns to its standard 6-week format.
If a scheduled payment remains outstanding, future sessions and WhatsApp support will be suspended until the account has been brought up to date.
03 SCHEDULING
To create consistency and momentum throughout the implementation experience, all sessions will be scheduled before we begin. Unless otherwise agreed, your sessions will take place on the same day and at the same time each week.
Your reserved session time is held exclusively for you throughout the duration of the experience.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will generally be forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited or rescheduled.
In exceptional circumstances, alternative arrangements may be made at my discretion.
If I need to reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and an alternative session time will be offered.
If circumstances outside either party's reasonable control prevent a scheduled session from taking place, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule it at the earliest mutually convenient time.
04 COMMUNICATION
WhatsApp voice note support is available between sessions so that we can navigate challenges, decisions, patterns and breakthroughs as they arise, rather than waiting until our next scheduled session.
Support is available Monday to Friday, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM PST.
You're welcome to send messages at any time. Messages received outside of support hours, on weekends or public holidays will be responded to during the next available business period.
Responses can generally be expected within one business day, although they are often much sooner.
Throughout our time together, I may also reach out between sessions to check in on your progress, offer accountability or support your implementation where appropriate.
WhatsApp support is designed to complement our weekly mentoring sessions and to help maintain momentum throughout the experience. It is not intended to replace our scheduled sessions or provide emergency support.
As part of this high-touch experience, I may also reach out between sessions to check in on your progress, encourage accountability or support your implementation.
Voice notes, messages and support are intended solely for the enrolled participant and may not be shared with or relied upon by any third party.
05 REFUND POLICY
The BECOME Implementation Experience is a personalised, high-touch mentoring experience. Your place is reserved exclusively for you and significant preparation begins before our work together commences.
For this reason, all payments are non-refundable.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Payment plans are a convenience only and do not alter your commitment to the full investment.
All outstanding payments remain due according to the agreed payment schedule, regardless of participation, completion or early withdrawal from the experience.
06 CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything shared during our sessions will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
All frameworks, resources, workbooks, recordings and materials provided throughout this experience remain the intellectual property of Simmy Malhi and are licensed for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, taught or reproduced without written permission.
Coaching sessions may be recorded by Simmy Malhi for note-taking, quality assurance and business record-keeping purposes.
Session recordings are not included as part of the BECOME Implementation Experience and will not routinely be shared with participants.
Where a recording is provided at Simmy Malhi's discretion, it is for the enrolled participant's personal use only and remains the intellectual property of Simmy Malhi. It may not be copied, shared, distributed or reproduced without prior written permission.
07 RESULTS & RESPONSIBILITY
This experience is designed to support awareness, implementation and lasting behavioural change.
While I will provide guidance, accountability and mentorship throughout the experience, your results will always be influenced by your own decisions, actions and level of implementation.
No guarantees are made regarding specific business, financial or personal outcomes.
Every client and every business is different. Results depend on many factors, including your own commitment, implementation, experience and circumstances.
This experience is not therapy, counselling, legal, financial or medical advice.
08 MUTUAL COMMITMENT
This experience works best when both of us show up fully.
I commit to bringing my full presence, honesty and expertise to every session.
In return, I ask that you arrive prepared, communicate openly and take responsibility for implementing the actions and commitments we agree upon.
This experience is designed for people who are ready to implement, not simply consume more information.
09 TERMINATION
I reserve the right to terminate this coaching relationship if a participant engages in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise makes it unreasonable to continue the coaching relationship. This includes repeated disregard for the agreed boundaries of this experience.
Should the coaching relationship be terminated under these circumstances, no refund will be issued, and any outstanding payments under the agreed payment plan will remain due and payable in full.
This experience is built on mutual respect, honesty and commitment, and I am committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved.
FINAL AGREEMENT
This agreement represents the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes any previous discussions or representations relating to this experience.
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you:

✓ Understand that all payments are non-refundable.
✓ Understand that payment plans are a commitment to the full investment.
✓ Understand that no guarantees have been made regarding specific outcomes or results.
