BASELINE
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines how we'll work together over the coming weeks and what you can expect from BECOME Baseline.
Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
01 The Experience
BECOME Baseline is a four-week implementation experience beginning Monday, August 3, 2026.
Your enrolment includes:
Four weekly implementation lessons delivered via WhatsApp.
Weekly implementation exercises.
Reflection prompts.
Access to the private WhatsApp implementation group.
Personal feedback on your implementation within the group.
Lifetime access to all lessons and resources provided during the experience.
The experience is designed to help you strengthen how you think, decide, lead and execute by consistently raising your operating standard.
There are no live coaching calls or private one-to-one coaching included unless separately agreed in writing.
02 INVESTMENT
The investment for BECOME Baseline is:
Introductory Investment
$147 USD
The introductory investment is available until Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
Following this date, the investment will increase to $297 USD.
Payment in full is required upon enrolment.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.
03 ACCESS
The experience begins Monday, August 3, 2026.
Participants will receive access details before the program begins.
Important announcements, weekly lessons and programme communication will be delivered through the private WhatsApp group. Participants are responsible for reviewing these communications throughout the experience.
Weekly lessons will be released throughout the four-week experience.
Because all materials remain available after release, extensions, credits or refunds are not provided if you choose not to participate during the scheduled delivery period.
Participants are responsible for maintaining access to WhatsApp and a reliable internet connection throughout the experience.
04 GROUP COMMUNITY
BECOME Baseline includes access to a private WhatsApp implementation group.
You agree to interact respectfully with other participants.
You may not harass, abuse, discriminate against, threaten or solicit other participants.
Although participants are encouraged to respect one another's privacy, complete confidentiality within a group environment cannot be guaranteed because participants are independent third parties.
05 RECORDINGS AND MATERIALS
All videos, voice notes, written lessons, exercises, workbooks, frameworks and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of Simmy Malhi.
They are licensed for your personal use only.
They may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, reproduced or taught without prior written permission.
Your access is personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
06 RESULTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
BECOME Baseline is designed to provide education, implementation guidance, accountability and perspective.
Your results will always depend on your own decisions, actions, participation and level of implementation.
No guarantees are made regarding specific business, financial or personal outcomes.
Examples such as launching a business, signing a client, publishing a podcast or making a transition are illustrations of possible participant goals and are not guaranteed results.
This experience is not therapy, counselling, legal, financial or medical advice.
07 CONDUCT AND TERMINATION
Participants are expected to contribute respectfully.
Simmy Malhi reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or disruptive behaviour, or whose conduct materially disrupts the experience for others.
Participants who are removed for breaching these terms will not receive a refund except where required by applicable law.
08 PROGRAM CHANGES
Reasonable changes may be made to delivery dates, lesson release schedules, technology platforms or administrative arrangements where necessary.
These changes will not materially reduce the overall experience.
Simmy Malhi is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions or serious illness. Where reasonably possible, affected content will be rescheduled or replaced.
If the entire program is cancelled and no reasonable alternative is provided, payments made will be refunded.
09 ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding BECOME Baseline.
Any amendments must be confirmed in writing.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

✓ Understand that BECOME Baseline is a four-week implementation experience.
✓ Understand that payment is required in full before the program begins.
✓ Understand that all payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
✓ Understand that your results depend on your own implementation.
✓ Understand that all materials remain the intellectual property of Simmy Malhi.
✓ Agree to participate respectfully within the private community.
✓ Understand that access to BECOME Baseline is personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
