ACCELERATOR
CLIENT AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines how we'll work together over the coming weeks and what you can expect from the experience.
Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
01 The Experience
BECOME Accelerator is a six-week live group coaching and implementation experience beginning the week of July 27, 2026.
Your enrolment includes:
One live group coaching session each week for six weeks.
Opportunities to receive personalised coaching during the sessions.
Learning through the coaching and perspectives of other participants.
Clear decisions and implementation actions following each session.
Resources shared where appropriate.
There is no fixed curriculum. Sessions are shaped around the businesses, decisions, goals and challenges represented in the room.
BECOME Accelerator does not include private one-to-one sessions or private WhatsApp coaching unless separately agreed in writing.
Coaching time will vary according to the needs and flow of each session. Enrolment does not guarantee a specific amount of individual coaching time during every call.
02 INVESTMENT
The investment for BECOME Accelerator is:
Pay in Full
$1,500 USD
One payment due upon enrolment.
Split into 2 Payments
2 payments of $825 USD
First payment due upon enrolment.
Second payment due Sunday, August 9, 2026.
Split into 3 Payments
3 payments of $550 USD
First payment due upon enrolment.
Second payment due Sunday, August 2, 2026.
Third payment due Sunday, August 16, 2026.
All payment plans are completed during the six-week experience.
Payment plans are offered as a convenience and are not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full investment of BECOME Accelerator, regardless of attendance, participation or completion of the programme.
Payment reminders and payment links for the remaining scheduled payments will be sent before each payment due date.
It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on or before the agreed payment dates.
If a scheduled payment is not received within 7 days of the payment due date, access to future sessions and programme resources may be suspended or terminated until the account has been brought up to date. Suspension or termination of your participation does not cancel your obligation to pay any outstanding balance under this agreement.
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.
Your place in BECOME Accelerator is confirmed once your first payment has been received.
03 SCHEDULING
The program begins during the week of July 27, 2026. The confirmed weekly day, time and access details will be provided before the first session.
Sessions will normally take place at the same time each week.
Because this is a live group experience, missed sessions cannot be privately recreated, refunded, credited or rescheduled.
If Simmy Malhi needs to reschedule a session, an alternative session will be provided.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
04 GROUP CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to protect the privacy of everyone in the group.
You may not record, screenshot, share or disclose another participant’s identity, business information, personal story, comments or coaching without their written permission.
You may not use information shared in the group to solicit, sell to or commercially benefit from another participant without permission.
Although all participants agree to confidentiality, complete confidentiality in a group environment cannot be guaranteed because other participants are independent third parties.
05 RECORDINGS AND MATERIALS
Participants may not record the sessions. Participants are responsible for attending the live sessions.
Sessions may be recorded by Simmy Malhi for internal notes, administration, quality assurance or record-keeping.
Recordings are not automatically included and will not routinely be shared.
All frameworks, resources, workbooks, materials and coaching methods remain the intellectual property of Simmy Malhi. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, sold, taught or reproduced without written permission.
06 RESULTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
BECOME Accelerator is designed to provide coaching, perspective, accountability and implementation support.
Your results will always depend on your own decisions, actions, participation and level of implementation.
No guarantees are made regarding specific business, financial or personal outcomes.
Examples such as launching a business, signing a client, publishing a podcast or making a transition are illustrations of possible participant goals and are not guaranteed results.
This experience is not therapy, counselling, legal, financial or medical advice.
07 CONDUCT AND TERMINATION
Participants must behave respectfully and must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive or exploitative conduct.
You may not record the group, breach confidentiality, repeatedly disrupt sessions or use the program primarily to solicit other participants.
Simmy Malhi may remove a participant who materially breaches these terms or fails to maintain agreed payments.
Where removal results from the participant’s breach, no refund will be issued and outstanding payment-plan amounts remain due, except where otherwise required by law.
08 PROGRAM CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
Reasonable changes may be made to session times, delivery platforms or administrative arrangements where necessary.
These changes will not materially reduce the core six-week experience.
If Simmy Malhi cancels the entire program and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled experience, payments made for the cancelled program will be refunded.
09 ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement represents the full understanding between the parties regarding BECOME Accelerator and replaces earlier discussions or representations about this offer.
Any amendment must be confirmed in writing.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:
✓ Have read and understood this agreement.
✓ Understand that BECOME Accelerator is a shared group experience.
✓ Understand that individual coaching time may vary.
✓ Agree to protect the confidentiality of other participants.
✓ Understand that missed sessions cannot be privately recreated or refunded.
✓ Understand that payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
✓ Understand that a payment plan is a commitment to the full investment.
✓ Understand that no specific results have been guaranteed.
✓ Understand that sessions may be recorded for internal business purposes.
✓ Agree to these terms.
